Reduce side yard setback (north
The updating of the car wash design is being done to increase the quality of wash and
property line) from 20 ft. to 12.5 ft.
to more efficiently serve the customer in wait and processing time. The new car wash
is being moved slightly north of the existing car wash building so as to not impede
internal traffic with the longer car wash tunnel. The new design will drastically reduce
vehicular congestion, both inside and external to our site, by reducing the wait and
processing time. The reduced landscaping is being compensated with additional
landscaping on-site.

Perimeter Landscaping
Reduce east property line
The main purpose for reducing the east landscape perimeter is to add a stacking lane
perimeter landscaping from 10 ft.
