Provide a Site Plan Application with the original signature signed and notarized. An application is attached. 02. Provide elevations of the proposed office building. J3. Provide an Irrigation Plan. L/4. Provide a Grading Plan showing at minimum the existing and proposed contours. On the Site Plan, provide a title block that has the name of the project, lot and block number, address, and case number SP96 -16. („6 On the Site Plan, provide a site data table showing the required and provided: lot size, building height, building area, parking, impervious area, and open space. 7. Identify the radii on all turns. 8. Planter islands are required every 12 parking spaces and at the end of all rows of parking (Sec. 53.H.1.c.) There is one row of 15 parking spaces that must have a planter island after the twelfth space. 9/ Note on the Site Plan that the dumpster will be screened in accordance with Section 1� 53.8.3. (Screened on three sides by a solid wood fence or wall). Note that lighting facilities shall provide illumination within the parking facility not to exceed one foot -candle at ground level, and shall distribute not more than two - tenths of one (0.2) foot - candle of light upon any adjacent residentially zoned district. Change the 10' Parking Setback notations on the site plan to read 10' Landscape buffer. 1Z.1 Identify the walkway materials to be used. 13.
