The new car wash is being moved slightly north of the existing car wash building so as to not impede internal traffic with the longer car wash tunnel. The new design will drastically reduce vehicular congestion, both inside and external to our site, by reducing the wait and processing time. The reduced landscaping is being compensated with additional landscaping on-site. 53.1-12b Perimeter Landscaping Reduce east property line The main purpose for reducing the east landscape perimeter is to add a stacking lane perimeter landscaping from 10 ft. for the car wash that is internal to the site instead of utilizing the shared drive for to 1.5 ft. stacking. This will allow much better internal and external traffic flow.
