Must re-apply Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of whether or not an application has been made and could result in the revocation of your contractor’s registration for a period of not less than one year, and up to a $2,000.00 fine. Additionally, failure to obtain your permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
