This letter confirms on September 30, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
with conditions #CA16-99 for the property addressed 846 East Wall Street, legally
described as Block: 2 Lot: 7, D.E. Box Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove three (3) small storage sheds from rear yard; and
2. Remove vinyl siding from exterior to restore wood siding;
as per the attached photograph with the condition a permit(s) is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permitis / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410- 165 for fees and information regarding permits.
