Overall site plan • Please provide an overall site plan which depicts the as -built conditions (parking, tennis courts, hotel location, etc.) on the subject site and designate the appropriate tower as the recipient of the replacement equipment. Sheets C-1 & C-2 • Please provide a roof top layout depicting the roof equipment, layout before/after. • On sheets C-1 and C-2 the blackout equipment depicted should be depicted in a manner which will be compatible with a document scanner. • On sheet C-2 please provide a full building elevation of the subject tower and label the location with the appropriate tower designation. Sheet G-1 • For the purposes of the site plan approval sheet G-1 is not required and may be omitted from for the final submittal.
