• Please number the sheets in consecutive order, i.e. 1 of 2 within the
signature block and add case number — SP16-15 to the lower right
hand corner of each sheet.
Sheet T-1
• Please provide the scope of work.
Overall site plan
• Please provide an overall site plan which depicts the as -built
conditions (parking, tennis courts, hotel location, etc.) on the
subject site and designate the appropriate tower as the recipient of
the replacement equipment.
Sheets C-1 & C-2
• Please provide a roof top layout depicting the roof equipment,
layout before/after.
• On sheets C-1 and C-2 the blackout equipment depicted should be
depicted in a manner which will be compatible with a document
scanner.
• On sheet C-2 please provide a full building elevation of the subject
tower and label the location with the appropriate tower designation.
Sheet G-1
• For the purposes of the site plan approval sheet G-1 is not required
and may be omitted from for the final submittal.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
Two (2) unfolded and unstapled blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum
size 22" x 34")

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP 16-15 for property located
at 1800 State Highway 26 and platted as Lot 1A, DFW Hilton was approved per the
enclosed site plan on September 30, 2016. Please find enclosed an approved site plan set
for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use ora special use can only
be approved by city council through the public hearing process.
