were present except Father B and Nancy Armstrong. Ed Pe °tt Presided
in the absence of Father B.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved after�a
motion by Frances Halsteada and a second by Hazel Gashman.

Underold business,, firs. Gibbs reported a couple of incidences

in which overdue books had been returned

t was also reported that federal funds would be ava,L-ak e soon
and that a movie projector would be purchased for use by, the library.
How the library planned to use such a projector was discussed°briefly.
'Fi ms are available from the Fort Wof°th Major Resource System and
m
could be used by the local kindergarten classes, children's day care
,centers, Scout groups, etc. Films could be checked out by local
clubs churches, civic gaups etc.
Under new business, National Library Week was discussed and possible
ways to call attention to the library during this time.
It was announced by Frances Halstead that Fumiwould display has
origami vsq4m which is the art of Japanese paper folding. Future
displays in the library were also discussed. Such as old Bibles and
books during April®
Various possibilities of arranging the library were again discussed.
It seemed to be in agreement that the check -oft qesR should ;be moved to the
rear of the library$ and additional shelves to be installed where the
check-out desk is currently located._ Also, it was discussed about the
needed shelving for the juvenile section and how that could be better
arranged.
