This letter confirms on October 5, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA16-102 for the property addressed 408 South Main Street, legally described
as Block: 3 Lot: 3, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
To repaint the exterior storefront with the existing colors and to paint the metal
columns with Modern Masters Metallic Paint ME289 Brass;
as per the attached drawing with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce cate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / is no required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for ees and information regarding permits.
