ITEM 1 — Summary of Golf Operations 4thuarter
Russell Pulley discussed the Executive Summary details for the 2015-2016 4th quarter
(handout)
Russell indicated that rounds were down vs prior year period. The practice range had revenues
exceeding$200K vs $164K in prior year period. Russell reported that revenues were less than
projected for the year but we were expected to be ok with the attention that was paid to expenses
following the trend of the revenue during the year. The downtrend in revenue was not due to any
one thing in particular but many thing contributed: The south end of the dam being closed the
entire month of May, not fully recovering from the previous years'flood getting everything back
to somewhat normal, weather in first quarter. Russel felt as though 2016-2017 year would be a
truer indicator of normality.
