This letter confirms on October 17, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
with conditions #CA16-104 for the property addressed 120 South Main Street, Suite #50
legally described as Block: A Lot: Al, Starr Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
To hang a banner 8' wide x 4' high to read
"Tun Tavern Marine Corp Birthday Nov 10 1775 Semper Fidelis" ;
as per the attached photograph with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
