' PRESENT ZONING AND USE: u } The property is currently zoned "CC", Community Commercial District and is undeveloped. HISTORY OF TRACT AND SURROUNDING AREA: The subject property and all the surrounding areas were rezoned in the 1984 City Rezoning from "I-1" Light Industrial district to "HCO", Hotel/Corporate Office district and "PID", Planned Industrial Development district. The subject site was rezoned from "HCO", Hotel/Corporate Office district to "CC", Community Commercial District in 1996 (Case No. Z96-02, Ord. No. 96-42). It has remained undeveloped. The Grapevine Mills property was rezoned from "HCO", Hotel/Corporate Office district to the "CC", Community Commercial district (Z95-13) and received a conditional use permit for a planned commercial center in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of gross leasable space. It has since been developed as the Grapevine Mills Mall.
