The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1) replace all windows with same size, clear pane aluminum windows; 2) replace front exterior doors with period appropriate doors; 3) repair or replace other doors and fascia trim with wood; 4) replace roof with Timberline 30 year shingles; 5) paint exterior and trim with colors to be staff approved on a separate Certificate of Appropriateness; per the attached photos and specifications and permits are required from the Building Department.
