This letter confirms on November 18, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA13 -100 for the property addressed 334 South Main Street,
legally described as Block 2, Lot 7A &8, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Rebuild existing pine deck at rear entrance with new Trex brand decking in
Vintage Lantern color
as per attached manufacturer's specification sheet, drawing and photograph with
the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit 0 / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
