This letter confirms on November 20, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA13 -104 for the property addressed 420 North Main Street,
legally described as A946 Tr 29, Leonard, Archibald F Survey, Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
To place an aluminum 24" high X 36" wide sign reading Salon 420 ON
MAIN and telephone number in painted letters of dark green on light green
background; mounted in ground with a height of six feet in an angle iron
frame with scrollwork
as per attached photographs with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
