My plans call for a free standing all new Pizza Hut dine in serving pizza, wings, salads, sandwiches, soft drinks, beer and wine in a fast casual environment along with a drive thru pick up window and a small outdoor patio area with outdoor seating. This new location will replace the in line location next to the Sonic just up the road to the west. We will be requesting a BG license but do not wish to sell beer off premise, only on premises and on the patio. There is a pre-existing "panhandle" area behind the bike shop that is a bit narrow. As a result we will need special accommodation on the landscape setback behind the bike shop in order to use the area for parking and a drive access as shown on the plan. You will also notice on the site plan there is an open space to the east of the Pizza Hut building, currently I do not know what is going to be put on that space, but I think it will be a free standing hamburger, ice cream or donut business.
