ap roved with conditions #CA16-111 for the property addressed 309 South Main Street,

The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness. -
1. Install one temporary banner on front of building and two banners on the side of th
building stating "Going out of Business" as per the attached photo with the condition
permit be obtained from the Building Department.
