Install a 48" X 92" non -vinyl, DiBond flat panel sign to the front of the building above the awning; 2. Install a double sided 18" X 30" non -vinyl, DiBond projection sign to the front of the building; 3. Install a bracket mounted 48" X 92" DiBond flat panel sign to the north side of the building, as per the attached drawings and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is I is not required.
