This letter confirms on September 6, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-50 for the property addressed 112 South Main Street, legally described as
Block A, Lot Al, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Install a 48" X 92" non -vinyl, DiBond flat panel sign to the front of the building above the
awning;
2. Install a double sided 18" X 30" non -vinyl, DiBond projection sign to the front of the
building;
3. Install a bracket mounted 48" X 92" DiBond flat panel sign to the north side of the
building,
as per the attached drawings and photos with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is I is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
