This purchase is to furnish and install curbing, excavation and bench pads at Oakridge

which currently does not exist. The curbing at Heritage is to prepare for the replacement
of a swing and whirl that does not meet current safety standards.
Staff recommends award of a contract to Green Scaping in the amount of $16,300.00.
Green Scaping is the lowest bid and met all of the required specifications.
