RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider a firework permit for the Hello DMC, Dwyer
Franchising Event at Glass Cactus on October 12, 2024.
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: Illumination Fireworks Partners, LP has submitted a firework permit
application for a fireworks display. The fireworks display is for the Hello
DMC, Dwyer Franchising Event at Glass Cactus on Saturday, October 12,
2024. This will be a 1 AG fireworks display from the barge on Lake
Grapevine. The display will start at 9:30 PM and will last 3 minutes.
