New color scheme for the house as follows: Body — Sherwin Williams #SW7704 "Snowbound", Trim — Sherwin Williams #SW6991 "Black Magic"; 2. Column Brick: color sample "Chesapeake Grey"; 3. Install a wood front door with a six pane lite and with Flemish glass; 4. Install a cedar fence in the side and rear yards of the house: fence to be six feet high in the front and along the east side, transiting to eight foot tall in the rear yard of the property; fence to be mounted on cedar rails and mounted on metal posts boxed in with wood; 5. Install a 6' high wood gate in the front fence on the west side of the house; 6. Install a 6' high iron gate on the east side driveway; as per the specifications, photos and plan with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitis / is not required.
