This letter confirms on September 17, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA24-
53 for the property addressed 525 East Worth Street, legally described as Block 108, Lot 7,
College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance
91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Install new landscaping and stepping stones to the front and side yards; work to
include installation of Lueders Stone edging and stepping stones in "Smoke" color;
as per the attached plan and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is /,is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
