J. By submitting a bid, the General Contractor and all of his bidders acknowledge that they have visited the site and
are familiar with the property and the proposed construction shown herein. The General Contractor is to field verify
existing conditions and coordinate with renovation. The General Contractor is to notify the ONner in writing of any
discrepancies or conflicts that occur.
