SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU08-15
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council accept the applicant's request to withdraw without
pre�udice conditional use permit request CU08-15 and the replat of Lot 10, Block 6, .
Metroplace 2"d Installment Addition, and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant submitted a conditional use request and a replat for property addressed as
810 Mustang to establish a Planned Business Park on a three building complex located
immediately west of the Stacy Furniture building at the northwest corner of South Main
Street and Mustartg Drive. At the July 15, 2008 meeting the applicant requested tabling of
the conditional use application to work out details relative to a mutual access easement
with their neighbor to the north (Freeman Pontiac). However, the applicant has been
unable to reach an agreement with that neighbor.
