SUBJECT: ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION Z12-01, WEST WALL STREET
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to withdraw zone change application Z12-01 without prejudice and take
any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
A zone change application was submitted by Shamrock Ventures Property Development,
Inc. for property located at 1331 West Wall Street. It was the applicant's intent to rezone
approximately .8 acres from "PO" Professional Office District to "R-7.5" Single Family
District for the development of two residential lots. The applicant had previously requested
that the zone change application be tabled to the June 19, 2012 meeting in order to make
some minor changes to the proposal; however, the applicant is now asking to withdraw the
request without prejudice. See the attached letter.

I submitted a Zone Change Application to the City of Grapevine Planning Division in
April for the property located at 1331 W.Wall Street. I would like to withdraw the
request without prejudice at this time with the possibility of resubmitting revised plans in
the future.
