This letter confirms on May 11, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA21-26 for the property addressed 150 West College Street, legally
described as Block 4, Lot 2R Plat D214062867, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install a new portable sandwich board sign for tenant; sign to be 24" wide by
36" tall and frame material to be wood with a chalkboard inlay,
as per the attached drawings, with the condition a permit is obtained from the building
department.
An approved Ce icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
