This letter confirms on May 31, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-28 for the property addressed 150 West College Street, legally described
as Block 4, Lot 2R, Platt D 214062867, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install 1 new 30" high x 144" wide aluminum sign on the front exterior wall of the
tenant space, for the new tenant "Laura Kellerman Studio, Premier Portrait
Photography";
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
