BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The applicant, Mr. Steve Shrum of Glacier Commercial Realty, submitted a conditional use request and a replat for property addressed as 810 Mustang to establish a Planned Business Park on a three building complex located immediatelywest of the Stacy Furniture building at the northwest corner of South Main Street and Mustang Drive.
