This letter confirms on December 4, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA13 -62 for the property addressed 340 South Main Street,
legally known as Block 2 Lot 6C2, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
the installation on brick wall above the front entry of an aluminum sign 20"
high by 77" wide painted matte black with painted letters in white 6" high to
read "GRAPEVINE OLIVE OIL CO."
per the attached drawing and a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit Atis is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department 7-4 10 -3165 for information regarding permits.
