This letter confirms on November 21, 2016 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA16-118 for the property addressed 421 South Main Street,
legally known as Block 18, Lot N23'1 -S12 Y2'2, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine,
Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
A 56" high by 17 feet wide banner with logo to read: The Palm Tree
Boutique Pop Up Shop as per the attached drawings to be placed above
the entry. (Interior window graphics in drawings do not require approval.)
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit is obtained from the
building department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit/Q/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Departmen at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
