College Street Dear Mr. Triplett, Ridinger Associates is requesting a Zoning Change at 416 E. College Street. The current zoning of GV- Grapevine Vintage allowed the business that formerly occupied the site to operate while surrounded by R-7.5 – Single-Family Residential, a low intensity residential use. We are requesting a zoning change from GV – Grapevine Vintage to R-7.5 – Single-Family Residential. This request will bring the property to the zoning as the surrounding property now that a commercial business is no longer operating at this location and allow for redevelopment to four residential lots that match neighboring properties along College St between Smith St and S Dooley St. We appreciate your consideration of these applications. Thank you, Ridinger Associates, Inc. Jason R. Kilpatrick, P.E.
