This letter confirms on November 23, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA16-120 for the property addressed 313 East Franklin Street,
legally described as Block: 33 Lot: E95'11, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a new 8' high pre -stained cedar board on board wood privacy fence in
the back yard on west side to existing structure; across the north rear yard and
west side to existing structure; using metal posts encased with cedar boards
as per the attached plan with the condition a fence permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approyed Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is" / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-4104165 for fees and information regarding permits.
