Dunaway I BEC has reviewed the sketch and the foundation repair system
proposed for the subject location regarding the installation of drilled piers and
adjustment of existing piers. Stabilization and some re -leveling of this portion of
the foundation by means of underpinning piers in the area shown should be
done in accordance with the enclosed diagram and 2021 IRC.
Following this repair, and with proper maintenance, this foundation should
provide satisfactory service in the future. A foundation maintenance program
can be obtained at the Foundation Performance Organization website
