This letter confirms on November 7, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-64 for the property addressed 121 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 35 W 60'2, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install a new wall sign, on the front of the house above the windows;
as per the attached photo, specification sheets and elevation drawings with the conditions a
permit be obtained from the Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ;Iil is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
