Re: Grapevine File #CU06-31
Dear Ms. Batte:
The purpose of this letter is to request an extension of Conditional Use Permit CU06-31
(Ord. 2006-55) to allow the development of a medical office building located at 2400 West State
Highway 114 and platted as Lot 1, Block 2R, Westgate Plaza. On August 15, 2006,the City of
Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve the
original request for the pernut. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the letter regarding the approval
of the original permit.
We inadvertently let the permit expire, but an extension of the permit is required in order
to have additional time to secure financing for the project.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Respectfully,
Eye Consul t f Texas
