1.REFUSE DISPOSAL AREAS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED AND

2.MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING

INSTALLED, AND OPERATED TO MINIMIZE NOISE IMPACT ON
SURROUNDING PROPERTY. ALL SUCH EQUIPMENT SHALL
