Mayor Tate, Mayor Pro Tern Freed and Grapevine City Council Members. First our sincere thanks to Erica and her team at PnZ, and the City Manager and Attorney for workingwith us, and graciously allowing us to resubmit this request. As the Landlord, I regret not having engaged to the extent I should have the first time around. My apologies. In watching the hearing recording and eliciting feedback from some of you, it appears there were two primary concerns with the initial application. 1. The outdoor deck that increased seats and took away parking spots and, 2. The appearance of the facade of the building To address these two primary concerns,this revised submission 1) Removes the outside deck which simultaneously reduces seating and adds back car park spaces, thus mitigating the parking concern, and 2) Includes a rendering of an update to the facade which I am committed to undertake. We are hopefully these two major revisions will allow a more favorable outcome at the next hearing. I Look forward to being there and addressing any other questions and/or concerns you may have, Thank you for your time and consideration, Sincerely, Nandu Nandakumar Madireddi 817 528 3888 THE SURGE 520 SOUTH MAID STREET By MATwc LLC e ti- 2011 ORDINANCE NO. 2024-109 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ISSUING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CU24-54 TO ALLOW FOR THE POSSESSION, STORAGE, RETAIL SALE AND OFF-PREMISE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (WINE ONLY) IN CONJUNCTION WITH A WINERY FOR BLOCK 4, LOT 2R, ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAPEVINE (150 WEST COLLEGE STREET, SUITE 318) IN A DISTRICT ZONED "CBD", CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A SITE PLAN APPROVED PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 OF ORDINANCE NO. 82-73 AND ALL OTHER CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND SAFEGUARDS IMPOSED HEREIN;
