FRAMING NOTES
Design Live Loadings and Building Code:
The structural components of this project have been designed in accordance with
the 2021 International Residential Code (IRC) and ASCE Special Publication 7.

Site Conditions:
This structural plan is based on site conditions as reported by the client and from
any field inspections that have been made by this engineering firm.
Dimensional Control:
This plan is for the structural design of framing members only and is not to be
used for takeoff purposes. All dimensions, lengths, and quantities are the
contractors responsibility and should be verified with architectural plans If
differences arise between the structural drawings and the architectural plans,
notify this Engineer for recommendations. The builder and/or the contractor must
verify all dimensions prior to construction.

layout to assure current conformity to local
building codes. Should any changes be made to
these layouts by the builder or their
representatives, builder accepts full responsibility

from structural engineer or truss company to the
applicable layout found on this sheet. Any
discrepancy to be reported to the builder
immediately.
