Install a seven foot tall, cedar, board on board fence along the north property line and along the property line in the rear yard of the house; a connector between the east property line and the house; 2. Install a four foot high iron fence between the house and the detached garage with an iron passage gate; 3. Install a six foot tall by sixteen foot wide driveway gate between the rear wall of the house and the west property line; as per the attached site plan and specification sheets with the conditions a permit be obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
