Comments
1. Provide the original notarized owner's signature on the Site Plan Application.
2. Provide an Irrigation Plan.
3. The Fire Department has a concern about access to the site from Grayson Drive through
the noted firelane. The lane makes a sharp left and then a sharp right which the fire
trucks cannot make safely. Dick Ward, Fire Marshall, suggests that an alternative would
be to stripe the fire lane to the middle driveway. The fire trucks would enter at the
middle drive, and would not have difficulty making the next turn.
4. Note the side yard set -backs on the Site Plan
5. Show the water and sewer lines on the Site Plan
6. In the Tabulations chart, identify the amount of pervious and impervious surfaces and the
floor area ratio.
7. The required parking is 102. The Site Plan shows 112. Please make these changes in the
Tabulations chart.
8. Do you plan to provide a dumpster? Please show the location of the dumpster and note
that it will be screened in accordance with Section 50.B.3 of the Grapevine
Comprehensive Ordinance (screened on three sides by a wooden fence or wall).
9. Note the percent of masonry on the elevations page.
10. On the Landscape Plan tabulations, identify the type, size and number of trees and shrubs
to be planted. All trees must be a minimum of 7 feet at time of planting.
11. Label each page with the Site Plan number SP96 -24. In a Title block on the Site Plan,
provide the name of the project, address, lot and block number, and site plan number.

Dear Linda:
We received your letter dated August 19, 1996 regarding changing the Live Oaks from 5" to 4"
caliper on the Approved Landscape Plan for the Myers Crow Company. The Live Oaks may be 4"
caliper as long as they are the required minimum height of 7 feet. I will attach a copy of this letter
to the site plan and building permit file.

Crow Company, wishes to change the Live Oaks from 5" caliper to 4" caliper on the above
mentioned project. No other changes to the Approved Landscape Plan will be made. These 4"
caliper Live Oaks exceed Grapevine requirements. In accordance with your instructions, this
letter will be put on file with Approved Landscape Plan and no further approvals are needed.
