Floor Flatness reports dated March 30, April 5, 16, 19, and 25
Pier observation reports dated March 5, 6, 11, 14, 15 and 19
Rebar review reports dated March 29, 30, April 13, 16, 19, 23, 25, 30, May 9, 17, 20, July 10, 11, 18,
26, August 2, 14, 16, 23, 27 and September 10
Structural Steel reports dated March 12, 21, July 3, 11, 16, 18, 23, 29 and August 2
Based on the reports listed here in conjuncture with the city inspection reviews we can summarize our
review with the following comments. We found the new structure to be in general compliance with the
structural drawings produced by our office. We did not find any adverse structural conditions to prevent
a Certificate of Occupancy to be issued based on structural concerns or the use of the structure by the
general public.
We trust this correspondence addresses your review requirements regarding the physical state of the
project, however if additional questions arise regarding this correspondence please feel free to contact
me.
Sincerely,
David S. Maas, P.E.
