Dear Chase, Our office was provided the 3rd Party inspections and City Inspections as listed below for the DFW project (note: all dates for the calendar year of 2024): Concrete Cylinder Panel Tests dated May 1, 9 and 10 Concrete Cylinder Pier Tests dated March 5, 6, 11 thru 15, 19 and 29 Concrete Cylinder Slab Tests dated March 30, April 5, 13, 16, 19, 25, August 14, 16, and 27 Test Pier report dated March 8 Soil Density reports dated January 26 through August 26 Floor Flatness reports dated March 30, April 5, 16, 19, and 25 Pier observation reports dated March 5, 6, 11, 14, 15 and 19 Rebar review reports dated March 29, 30, April 13, 16, 19, 23, 25, 30, May 9, 17, 20, July 10, 11, 18, 26, August 2, 14, 16, 23, 27 and September 10 Structural Steel reports dated March 12, 21, July 3, 11, 16, 18, 23, 29 and August 2 Based on the reports listed here in conjuncture with the city inspection reviews we can summarize our review with the following comments. We found the new structure to be in general compliance with the structural drawings produced by our office. We did not find any adverse structural conditions to prevent a Certificate of Occupancy to be issued based on structural concerns or the use of the structure by the general public.
