SCOPE: THIS PROJECT IS A SPRINKLER MONITOR SYSTEM IN A NEW GROUP S BUILDING. A NEW AUTOCALL 4007ES ADDRESSABLE FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL WILL BE INSTALLED WITH AUTOCALL PERIPHERALS AND AUTOCALL NOTIFICATION DEVICES. ALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE CODES AND STANDARDS. GENERAL NOTES: 1. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: TENANT IMPROVEMENT 2. WIRING METHOD: EXPOSED PLENUM RATED UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE 3. SLC, CLASS A 4. NOTIFICATION CIRCUITS, CLASS B 5. PRIMARY POWER SHALL BE A DEDICATED CIRCUIT 6. EXTERIOR WEATHERPROOF HORN -STROBE TO BE LOCATED ABOVE THE FDC AND OPERATE ON WATER FLOW ALARM ONLY AND WILL BE NON-SILENCEABLE WHILE WATER IS STILL FLOWING THROUGH FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. 7. AN APPROVED SET OF "AS -BUILT" PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY NFPA AND IFC SHALL BE POSTED AT FACP IN AN APPROVED LABELED DOCUMENT BOX. 8. BREAKER FOR FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL AND ALL POWER SUPPLIES SHALL BE MARKED WITH AN APPROVED KIT. FOR THIS PROJECT IT IS A PART OF THE E120-GV SURGE PROTECTION KIT (SEE DATA SHEET). 9. ALL FACP & POWER SUPPLY CIRCUITS SHALL HAVE APPROVED BREAKER LOCK -OUTS INSTALLED. 10. FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL AND ALL POWER SUPPLIES SHALL BE LABELED INSIDE WITH THE CIRCUIT BREAKER # AND LOCATION. 11. EACH RISER & OTHER VALVES SHALL HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIFIC TAMPER SIGNALS. 12. EACH RISER SHALL HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIFIC WATER FLOW SIGNAL. 13. TEXAS FIRE MARSHAL'S INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE FILLED OUT & POSTED AT THE FACP. 14. PRIMARY POWER TO BE PROVIDED FROM A DEDICATED 120V CIRCUIT (BY OTHERS) SECONDARY POWER TO BE PROVIDED BY 2 12V 7AH LEAD -ACID SEALED BATTERIES.
