STEP 2 - Stabilize your site and install final cover (grass, stone, landscaping, etc.) or structural BMP's before you call in for a "Final Drainage Inspection." STEP 3 - Call & request "Final Drainage Inspection" minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to the overall '*Final" ring requested for tite site. The Public WOr1:s Engineering Division us 17- 410-3143) is responsible for the storm water drainage design and specifications for lot and pool. Environmental Services will conduct a field inspection to compare and evaluate the "as -built" slit, against the plan and specifications. If the project is not built in accordance with the plan and specifications it will be denied and "RFD -TAGGED." The "ICED -TAG** shall serve as a Notice of Violation (NOV) and the Responsible Party shall have 48 hours to address the concerns. A second "Recall" inspection will be conducted after 48 hours or sooner at the request of the Responsible Party. if the site is in compliance a "GREEN -TAG" %gill be issued and the site %N i 11 be released: approved. If the site is "RFD -TAGGED" for the second time a written NOV will be issued and the Responsible Party will be charged a fee. %'hat is a BMP? A Best Management Practice (BMP) is a method or combination of methods used by the builder to manage and Prevent unauthorized discharge of storm water.
