City Council to consider the approval for the purchase of replacement furniture for
Dove Waterpark and Dove Sprayground from Telescope Casual Furniture Inc. for the
Parks and Recreation Department.
Funds are available in the Permanent Capital Maintenance Fund (Aquatics Repail"'
2,nd Replacement) for an amount not to exceed $49,615.30. 1
Dove Waterpark and Dove Sprayground are high -volume leisure facilities within the
Parks and Recreation Department, serving over 50,000 users each summer. Due to
the significant wear and tear on the outdoor furniture over the years, it is time for a full
replacement.
Replacing this furniture will ensure that our guests continue to have a comfortable a 1,-7*,'
enjoyable experience at the park, and it will help maintain the overall appearance a
functionality of the facilities.
