This letter confirms on February 21, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-08 for the property addressed 513 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 108, Lot 4, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
Repaint the historic William Harrison House with no change, using the existing paint
colors-
-Window trim -Sherwin Williams, SW7008 Alabaster-
-Trim inside window casting -Ben Moore, HC116 Kendall Charcoal;
-Siding body — Ben Moore HC-165 Booth Bay Gray;
as per the attached paint cards and current photo of the house.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
