Remove the existing wood privacy fence in the rear yard of the house and replace it with a new 8' tall cedar fence along the side and rear property line; 2. Install a new 8' tall cedar fence connecting the new garage and the house with a with a wood access gate from the driveway area to the rear yard; as per the attached plan with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitjs,1 is not required.
