This letter confirms on February 28, 2025 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
with conditions #CA25-13 for the property addressed 905 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block 4, Lot 6, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove the existing wood privacy fence in the rear yard of the house and replace it
with a new 8' tall cedar fence along the side and rear property line;
2. Install a new 8' tall cedar fence connecting the new garage and the house with a
with a wood access gate from the driveway area to the rear yard;
as per the attached plan with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the
Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitjs,1 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
