Construct the detached two -car garage with additions originally approved with #CA24-32 using wood siding and wood trim to match that of the main house; 2. Paint the building in a new color scheme as follows: Body of Garage — Sherwin Williams #SW 7005 "Pure White"; Wood Trim — Sherwin Williams #SW 6258 "Tricorn Black"; as per the attached plans, photos and paint cards with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Services Department.
