This letter confirms on March 10, 2025 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA25-12 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street #100, legally
described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazelwood Commercial Bldg., City of Grapevine to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install new canvas awnings with metal frames above the store front and side
entrances;
as per the attached photos and drawings with the condition the canvas fabric is fire rated
and a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit a�s, / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
