This letter is to document that I have, on this date, reviewed and certify the plans and specifications for the
Wood Framed Outdoor Patio and its Foundation that will be attached to the existing house at the above address.
The structure is designed to satisfactorily support any dead loads and live loads normally encountered with
residential construction in this geographic area and will meet or exceed the 2021 IRC standards and wind speed
of 115 mph.
