dated December 12, 2024 provided for the above referenced property as presented by Pernia-Pier
Foundation Repair of Texas. Based oil the information provided, the plan of repair appears to be
in general compliance with the 2021 International Residential Code and local amendments.
After the area has been stabilized, the yard should be carefully regraded to ensure positive
drainage away from the house at all points.
