This letter confirms on March 17, 2025 the Historic Preservation Commission approved
#CA25-18 for the property addressed 820 East Texas Street, legally described as Block 8, Lot
3, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate
of Appropriateness:
1. Paint the exterior of the house in a new color scheme as follows: Body of House -
wood siding to be Sherwyn Williams #SW 6244 "Naval"; wood trim of house to be
Sherwin; Williams #SW 7028 "Incredible White";
as per the attached paint cards.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / Js not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
